Šī ir neatkarīga kopija, nevis oficiālais reģistrs. Darījumam un oficiālai izziņai izmanto BIS būvkomersantu reģistru.

No četrām tabulām, ko Būvniecības valsts kontroles birojs publicē data.gov.lv vietnē ar CC0 1.0 licenci — publiskajā īpašumā, bez nosacījumiem. Nekas nav prasīts, pat ne avota norāde. Mēs to norādām tāpat.
⚠️ Ko mēs neņemam, un kāpēc
Reģistrā ir arī tālrunis un e-pasta adrese — 91,9 % un 90,8 % ierakstu. Šajā servisā to nav nekur, pat ne kartītē: 40 000 adrešu publicēšana izveidotu apzvanīšanas sarakstu, kāda avots meklējamā veidā nedod. Šīs kolonnas mūsu datubāzē neienāk vispār.
Reģistrs pie katras statusa maiņas glabā brīvu tekstu, un tajā mēdz būt fizisku personu vārdi kopā ar neatbilstības konstatējumu un Valsts ieņēmumu dienesta lēmumu numuri. Mēs saglabājam tikai to, kas ir atpazīstama normatīva atsauce — 95,2 % rindu, 33 formas. Pārējais brīvais teksts mūsu datubāzē neienāk.
Avotā ir arī nodarbināto skaita kolonnas. Mēs tās nelasām, un tas nav izlaidums: tās aizpildītas līdz 2022. gadam un pēc tam apstājas, bet lielākā vērtība tajās ir 167 134 607 — neiespējams darbinieku skaits. Kolonna daļā rindu satur naudu. Labāk to pateikt nekā pārpublicēt nepareizu skaitli.
Nolasāmo kolonnu sarakstu mūsu kodā pārbauda izteiksme, kas noraida visu, kas atgādina personu vai kontaktu — ja avotā vēlāk parādīsies šāda kolonna, ievade apstāsies, nevis turpināsies klusējot.
⚠️ Ko mēs izlabojām
Rindas nav uzņēmumi. Faila 43 837 rindas nav 43 837 uzņēmumi: reģistrācijas numuru ir 20 808, pārējais ir viena uzņēmuma vairāki klasifikācijas ieraksti. Mēs saskaitām atšķirīgos numurus, nevis rindas.
Statusa lauks. Divās rindās tajā bija ielauzies pašas sistēmas kodu tabula, nevis statuss. Mēs to neitralizējam.
Nosaukuma juridiskā forma. « Sabiedrība ar ierobežotu atbildību » saīsināts uz « SIA », kā to raksta valoda un pats reģistrs citviet. Pilnais nosaukums paliek datubāzē.
Neko citu nemainām.

This site republishes public registers. Source by source: the licence it is published under, and the condition its publisher sets — read from the publisher's own terms page, on the date shown.

The register page is a form and an empty query returns no listing. Per-company detail pages DO exist at /bisp/lv/construction_companies/<internal id> — this corrects our first reading, which claimed there were none — but every one of them carries the same generic title «Būvuzņēmums», none carries a canonical link, and no sitemap enumerates them.
